The location is not great if you’re going downtown or farther away; if you’re going to an event to Arena Monterrey it’s a walking distance nonetheless locals recommended not to walk the area, most of the uber services or similar have a hard time finding it. The shower had some hair residues from previous guests.
There is no elevator from the main entrance to the front desk only a small set of stairs and no bell boy, thus, you need to pick up your bags and bring them up the stairs to check in
The staff is somewhat friendly but not as helpful as one would hope for the price being paid with the exception of the kitchen staff who even prepared a protein shake using my protein from home and some off the menu items. Room is comfortable, food is great!
