This is a hard place to rate. We liked it, but many won't. Lobby is open air, and dogs are sleeping there peacefully. The walk to your room is not through shining marble halls, but through a rain forest. No matter how often your room is cleaned, there will always be sand.
If you like all-inclusives, you will probably hate this place (and vice versa). We had the top floor, with the ocean view. Easy walk to the beach, the cabana eateries, restaurants, bars, and the rest of town. We would go back. YMMV. You know who you are.

We loved everything about the sea garden! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, it is right on the beach, the flowers and landscaping were uniquely beautiful and very well taken care of. We were safe and comfortable while we stayed our 4 nights in Olon.

Walks on the beach and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Bars and restaurants just a two minute walk.
