8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Not enough towels for a family on the family suite. We went to check in at 4:00 and our room wasn't ready. We left and came back about 5:00 and it was ready. Only one person at front desk so we had to wait several times. Breakfast had a great variety and was tasty, even though the dining room was very full. Overall a good experience. I was hoping the hot tub was working but was under repair.

For a new hotel in Norman. Looked a little worked. The elevator paneling comes to mind.
