After a stressful travel day (lost luggage), we arrived at HiSuiteRome to a very friendly staff (Mike and Julia). They welcomed us, gave us a tour of our apartment and many helpful tips for our stay.
The location is fantastic, walking distance to attractions, shops, restaurants and (of course) gelato.
The WhatsApp chat was monitored closing with very timely responses and assistance.
Staying with HiSuiteRome will be the first thing on our must do list for future visits!

They did a great job with communication and the room was as described. The room is in a lively area in the old town district little bit noisy in the evening, but still great Property.
