The Carlton staff was very kind. Facilities were nicely kept. My only complaint would be the noisy nights outside of the hotel.

It was a great deal, breakfast included which was very nice. A drink voucher and a pack of sweets. A big room, and bed, nice bathroom and shower and good size tv.
Downside was curtains didnt quite fit windows. Heating was stuck on low so made room really warm, and bed was quite creaky.

Clean room and friendly staff. You can tell the building is old but it just adds to the charm. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and would use again.
