I liked that it was so close to the waste and to Fulton Park, a/c worked fine, fridge stayed cold, restrooms were decent, only thing is they didn't have an ice machine that was working, the pier was still under construction but other than that it was a good start

Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you.

right at the water's edge, private little pier. easy parking right next to your unit.
a coffee pot would be nice, and a few more shower/toiletries would have been nice, all in all a cool little sport for a short weekend trip.
