The staff was very nice , and took the time to help. The roof top restaurant was a hit, we enjoyed it very much. The thing that we have concerns are
Firmer pillows for the installingceiling, fans, oh yeah, forgot to mention the poor area that was fantastic, would highly recommend people to stay.

Funky room, staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for two reasons - subway - but also local restaurants that Romans use, rather than tourist traps. I do like the design focus of the hotel. Pizzeria and Rooftop were good.
Breakfast is ok - but was busy and often staff felt overun and unable to keep up.
One morning, we had to ask for tea bags, bread, pre-brewed coffee. hot stuff was not hot. I don't think we would have paid the 22 euro each if not included in our stay.
Got a room with a balcony, never used it, no view - so unless you smoke i would avoid.
