Excellent service from 1:1 whatsapp to chef recommendation. I myself is a 200% picky customer and this hilton service is almost the best of the best among the globe. As a long time hilton member, the one thing I have to say is the resort should continue to hire English speaking staff to increase the competitiveness. Ome and the other lady at the restaurant had to run around as most of the tourists speak English here and only two of them are fluent.

Tae, the concierge, was incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful. He helped me retrieve my phone when I lost it and arranged excellent excursions. Love this place.
