Had a great stay in the center of a very lively area. We were traveling with a 15 month old toddler, and we requested a baby cot for his stay, which was set up in the unit before we arrived. They also provided a high chair, which was very helpful and an unexpected bonus for takeaway/take out food. We will definitely consider this property again the next time we go to London.

The property was in an excellent location, very central. Secure and felt safe. Not a very warm homey feeling, more sterile and new. The laundry machine was so useful, though the handle was broken and a bit difficult to open. It was very spacious and comfortable. I did see other reviews talking about the stairs so I tried to contact the property to request a lower floor however I didn’t get a response. Hoping they had gotten the message, we arrived with huge luggage (we were vacationing for a long time and with winter clothes) and the stairs were BRUTAL. Even if you are on the 3rd floor, there are several flights of stairs before you even start counting lol. All in all, though we do wish we had heard back from the property about the floor, it was worth it for the location and price. If you don’t have a strong husband to help carry the luggage up all those stairs or if you have mobility issues/elderly, etc this may not be the property for you. But if you are in decent shape and don’t mind the walk up, this place is fantastic.

The property does not have an elevator so if you are unable to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs then this maybe an issue. We were there in the Fall so the weather was cool so AC was not required, the unit does not have AC but they do have fans.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was a little difficult to find at first, but once we got settled in, we thought it was awesome. The location was fantastic—close to lots of activities, restaurants, and the Underground, which made getting around London very convenient. We especially appreciated having a kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. Those amenities made our stay so much more comfortable. One thing travelers should be aware of is that there are quite a few stairs and no elevator. All of the rooms are accessible by stairs, so if you’re traveling with heavy luggage or have difficulty with stairs, it’s definitely something to keep in mind and be prepared for. Overall, we had a great experience and loved the location and amenities.
