Clean and spacious room .Close to the Princess theatre and various eateries.Friendly staff.

Initial room very large and clean, sadly the window didnt closed and it was noisy. They kindly moved us to a lovely equally large room which was much quieter. Only complaint was the shower which was broken and was either freezing cold or boiling hot for a few seconds. Would be a hazard if showering children or elderly as it could easily scald. The breakfast was lovely.

Rooms nice amd clean. Reasonable amount of parking. Nice sea view from the breakfast room. Some wind noise on breezy days, noticeable outside my room, no 7.
Large bar with some functions at weekends, but the noise wasnt too intrusive.
Overall an enjoyable stay
