Very helpful with texting needed information. Unique, colorful boutique style experience.

Fun property. Well maintained with clean rooms. There was no staff on site, which I knew ahead of time. I was sent instructions so checking in and out was easy. Still, it was odd not seeing anyone, staff or guests. No complaints, but not sure I would stay again.

Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Very unique hotel, no desk staff, but we did chat with a lady that was cleaning the lobby. They communicated our keypad codes by text prior to arrival, and any directions we may need for check in/check out. Lots of options for size of room, we just needed a single night so we opted for the smaller room. Incredibly cute, spotless room, no frills, but that’s ok. They did provide snacks and even a bottle of champagne. We loved reading the history of the building and that a portion of our rate goes to support the homeless through community organizations. Easy drive into downtown Nashville (as long as you avoid rush hour). We will definitely stay here again! Oh… and free parking!
