We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout the visit. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was clean and well organized.
The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also extremely professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any request.
The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was excellent value for money. The overall service was consistently efficient and attentive.
The location is another major advantage, with both the metro and subway stations just a short walking distance away, making it very convenient to explore the city.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with good service.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Budget brand, but excellent choice even though rooms are a bit small.

Great option for a centrally located hotel. Easy with metro access to SkyTree, walkable to high-end district, nice fruit market a block away. Would totally return to this new hotel in the future. Onsen is basic, as is the rooftop lounge, but nice to have both!
