No pool was the only thing. I knew that going in, but didn’t realize my daughter would be upset by it.

No housekeeping- we stayed 2 night and they apologized and offered to do it tomorrow- which was the day we left.
Shower door had stripping loose, safe did not work at all, bathroom main door would not stay closed so it let sunlight it a daybreak.
The hotel staff was unable to find my Bonvoy account until the next day when I showed it to them.
