Avis et évaluations
8 / 10Excellent·avr. 2025
During Eid Fitr, this was a very quiet place with few customers. Staff were very nice with some English communication issues. With an extra fee, we booked a deluxe room but after checking into room 606, the phone didn’t work, the hot water kettle power plug couldn’t be plugged into the socket on the wall because of the location of the socket is mounted too close to the table surface. We informed the above to the front desk, we were immediately given another room, no 710, a much better one with excellent views of the Olaya street.

The breakfast buffet is not good as the varieties are limited. They could do better if they change their menu.
6 / 10Moyenne·févr. 2025
The hotel is well-located, but there is room for improvement in its housekeeping services with more professional cleaners. Additionally, the breakfast buffet falls short of expectations but has the potential to improve.
