We absolutely loved the property! It was a quick ride on the ferry to Valetta or even a bus ride. Maureen runs a tight ship and now that we are home we miss our darling Breakfast man! He makes a mean omelet! Be aware there are lots of stairs but it is worth every step!

Really liked the location. The cruise ship types can have Valletta, the 20 something’s can have Sliema. For those who want something more interesting the Bormla/Cospicua neighborhood has a real ‚you are there vibe‘. It is also a short water taxi ride to Valletta and is on the bus lines if you want to explore other parts of the island.
The staff are wonderful, very helpful and can get you a shuttle ride to the airport at 5am if necessary. Breakfast is really good to get rolling. Very attentive and unassuming even when you’re a bit spaced out :-)
The rooftop is not to be missed. A great place to relax with a great view of the neighborhood and harbor.

Beautiful small hotel in an ancient building with beautiful furnishings. Our room (Sliema) was large and well furnished and equipped with excellent drinks making facilities. The bathroom was large and had plentiful hot water but was down a couple of steep steps from the bedroom. At the top of the hotel is a lovely roof terrace with fabulous views and a small pool. The breakfast was decent, especially the freshly cooked eggs. The hotel is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is up a few steps up from the road and has more steps inside. There is a lift but it did not work throughout our stay. The staff at the hotel are delightful. The location in Cospicua is excellent, close to the Valetta ferry and with many restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance but feeling like a real Maltese town.
