8 / 10Excellent·juin 2026
Great location, poised to access downtown Lucerne, but with free parking and a nice complimentary breakfast. Being a boutique hotel, there was very limited staff on-site … including a self checkin and checkout system. Two buildings were combined to yield this hotel, and as a result there is a weird descending / ascending small step transition zone in interior halls between them. Our biggest issue was traffic noise. We had a front corner room, and without AC, had to keep the windows open for comfort (including while sleeping). The road noise persisted though the night and was distracting even with ear plugs.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was good and had the best bread during my trip in Switzerland, which included other hotel breakfasts and bakeries I visited. Staff were helpful and the rooms were fine. The walk to and from the station was pleasant as it passes by an area that I assume is a communal gardening area.
Note that if you have mobility issues, there were a few stairs up and down to our rooms after taking the elevator to our floor, though there were some rooms before these stairs.
