From pre-check in requests , to arrival , stay and check out…… exceptional service! I’ve staid at many hotels around the world. The care and commitment provided by the team at Garrya is on par with a Four Seasons. Thank you Garrya team for the exceptional experience.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Every staff member was perfect! The wine bar and breakfast were terrific. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.!

Was absolutely the most amazing way to close out my 3-week trip in Japan. The rooms were beautiful, the hotel serene, and the service was outstanding. Make sure to book your room to include their delicious and exquisite breakfast.
Beyond this, I was double upgraded to a room with a Bamboo Garden view.
