The staff doesn't speak English, but they are super communicative, so was still easy to manage check-in or other things.
The hotel has restaurant open till late hours and the location is the best in whole Urla!

The location is great. However, the room I was given was very tiny. Also, it wasn't well maintained and clean enough. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom until I asked for some. This hotel is a side business of the restaurant below. Their primary occupation is running the restaurant. Therefore, the hotel does not receive enough attention.
