Absolutely no complaints. Only complaint I have is that I should have stayed longer. The staff very helpful and treats you with lots of respect. Amenities are great and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great hotel with a great view of Mt. Fuji.

We had an incredible stay at Bessho Sasa. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. Our room was immaculate, as was the entire property. The attention to detail and level of hospitality were outstanding. This was easily one of the best places we stayed during our entire trip to Japan, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
