We had a wonderful stay at Vincci The Mint Madrid, even though it was only for one night. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location was excellent for exploring Madrid.
The hotel has a modern and stylish atmosphere, and all the facilities were well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on a future visit to Madrid.
Highly recommended!

Such an amazing hotel - very clean, spacious rooms and staff was incredible. Everything we tried at breakfast was great. We upgraded to a suite with a balcony, but not really useful in the summer - it’s way too hot.

A USB-C charging port would be a good addition.
The breakfast is excellent, and it is available until 2:00 p.m. This is very convenient.
The best thing is the location. The hotel is on the best part of Gran Vía, so it is very easy to visit the city.
For Uber, pick up point is usually the corner of Víctor Hugo Street. For airport transfers (with luggage), it is more convenient to choose the taxi meeting point on Calle de la Reina. It is behind the hotel, parallel to Gran Vía. This makes pickup and drop-off easier.
