This was one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in - and we have stayed in hotels all over the world!
What stood out the most was the staff - they were exceptional. I would like to thank Rustam for helping me and providing a hot tea when I came inside after getting caught in heavy rains!

Absolutely loved our stay here. We were on the 42nd floor and the view was incredible. The shower and tub in the room are excellent, and bed super comfortable. I loved the provided hotel pajamas so much that I purchased a set! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the concierge helped me book a restaurant reservation that was great. We only ate one meal at the restaurant but it was good. Gym is small but nice and clean. I heard some mixed reviews about the location but we loved the location! Kabukicho is bright, busy and high energy - a perfect area for my first time in Tokyo. Bellustar felt like a peaceful, luxe retreat from the chaos just downstairs. I would love to return and stay again!
