We booked a 3-bedroom villa, and it was spacious and worked well for our group. The villa itself was comfortable, but the overall property was not very well maintained. Some areas looked like they needed better upkeep and attention.
The breakfast buffet was also extremely crowded, and there weren’t enough staff members to clear tables or keep up with cleaning after guests. As a result, the dining area felt chaotic during peak hours.
Overall, the villa met our needs, but the resort could improve its maintenance and staffing to provide a better guest experience.
