Clean, spacious, but noisy room. Good breakfast; central location, very difficult to walk narrow, wet busy road, friendly staff

Here is why 3 stars = The hotel has a strange smell in the lobby and hallways. The rooms themselves are pretty nice for the price you pay - clean beds, but towels seem to have some wear and tear to them. I think the best part is the upstairs bar and restaurant. Very nice vibe, decent prices. The surrounding area is safe.
