Staff were friendly and rooms were super spacious. Newly remodeled rooms and bathrooms. Very modern and luxurious. Front desk guys were helpful and nice. Locations heart of Gangnam close to everything and GS 25 convenient store right around the corner.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and appeared well maintained. In our room, access to the toilet was a bit awkward. The door to the bathroom opened into the bathroom. The location of the sink and toilet did not allow a person to simply enter the bathroom and close the door. You have to enter the bathroom, partially close the door, then slide by the door, to access the toilet. Other than that all the other features were fine.

The Staff of the Reception was very supportive and nice. The helped us with the luggage and translated from English to Korean with the Taxi Driver. We had some special requests that they could help us with too. The Hotel is clean and well located. A good value for the price.
