Lovely rooms, friendly staff, great service, Even though this is classed as a 4 star hotel it is definitely better than some of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the prophet mosque. The are variety of nice shooing stores and local cousins in the neighborhood. The hotel is very clean and great customer services.

The confirmation that Expedia provided didn’t match the confirmation they had on file for my name. Check-in took some time.
The premium twin city view was not what I expected for the price I paid.
The location is perfect for ladies as it is close to Gate 25 ladies entrance but far from Rawdaah.
