8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.

Absolutely stunning area. Enjoyed it immensely. Embassy Suites did not disappoint.

The valet was very helpful in explaining how to navigate the self park garage. Walking into the lobby, there was no signage as to where check in was
Once we figured it out, we walked up to the desk and there were 3 people in line waiting to check in and no employee in site. We waited for almost 5 minutes before a lady came up. She seemed like she didn't enjoy her job very much. We paid for a king room with a balcony overlooking the river
She put us in a handicap accessible room overlooking the roads in downtown with just a slight view of the river. Not really what we thought we would get for the extra money. It was just one night so we let it go. The young lady at the bar for the manager's cocktail reception was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast the next morning was very good
The room was clean and spacious and the hotel lobby area was nondescript and a little underwhelming.
