The staff were so friendly. Even with a slight language barrier since I don’t speak Spanish, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. 10/10 would stay again. And it’s right in the middle of the city. With a ton of food, shopping and nightlife options.

O loved the location and the hotel is very nice
Two thinks I did not like :
1 Kitchen is on a different floor from the restaurant (not smart Dedign)
2,You can hear the loud restaurant kitchen extractors from all the rooms facing the the internal garden
Staff great, rooms nice, they could use finer pillows

The hotel is located in an amazing, safe neighborhood where you can comfortably walk around at night. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and great shopping malls nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I highly recommend staying here. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10.
