Very nice modern hotel with pool...only drawback is location which is a bit far from Nizwa Fort & Souk... however since you always have a car in Oman - Its ok. Very bad breakfast - cold food, low or no choices, being an arabic hotel - not a single arab dish like arab breads or hummus etc

Excellent value. Very helpful and courteous staff. Great collection of books about the area at the reception.
