I stayed here and used this hotel as a base for my 3 months of adventures in and around Vietnam. They safely kept my luggage while I left on short adventures and it always felt like coming home here. The staff is fantastic!!! They’d see me coming back in a taxi, exhausted, and they’d run out and carry my luggage. I’m 70 and it was greatly appreciated. And the beds were always comfortable. Great location in Old Quarters!

What can i say.. firstly, the warm welcome of all the staff everytime you walk through the door. They go above and beyond, unbelivably helpful with every request i had. The young lad there even walked me to the best money exchange office to change my dollers to dong, where i got a better rate that was online that day. And Lem saw us saftly across the road, every time we were coming in or out, the room was clean and quite considering the road outside, my only gripe would be not enough storage. location was fantastic, a short walk to wherever you wanted to go, and breakfast in the morning was varied and they cooked eggs on request, however you want them. Plus offered walking tours that were FREE done by local volenteer's who want to improve their english.
I would definatly come back here again amd will definatly be recommending it to everyone who is coming to vietnam .
