Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Bellevue Beardmore Event Center

Beautiful property well maintained. My only disappointment was that the TV did not work nor was any attempt made to fix it.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Check-in was quick and seamless, and I immediately felt valued as a guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room made a noticeable difference. The hotel’s amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. The location was also a major plus, making it easy to access nearby restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Every interaction with the staff was friendly and genuine, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and high level of service throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Very close to where our family lives

The facility was spotless and appeared recently updated. We loved the soft carpeting throughout the rooms and hallways—it gave the hotel a very cozy, comfortable feel. The staff was remarkably helpful, pleasant, and exceptionally welcoming to our dogs. The fully fenced outdoor lounge area in the back was a fantastic touch for pet owners, and we saw plenty of guests relaxing out there with their pets. The location is ideal—close to several great dining spots and just a hop, skip, and a jump from Omaha. Note that housekeeping operates on an every-other-day schedule, though this didn't affect us, and fresh towels were always available at the front desk and pool. If you're hosting a family gathering, there's plenty of complimentary open space to hang out, share pizza and cake, and catch up. They truly went above and beyond to make this a family- and pet-friendly destination!
