The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, clean and maintained. We didn't eat at the hotel so we can't comment. Otherwise it was a nice place and easy to get to. I would recommend the location.

Good hotel in heart of Kyoto, close to the train station. Nice breakfast selection and washer/dryer on our floor

It was an overall pleasant experience and their breakfast buffet was really delicious!
I gave 4 out of 5 because the first hotel I stayed at in Japan had sleepwear provided and free use of the washer and dryer.
