Can't say enough about the Olive.
Joao, and Sophia were the best. When we got lost, and frustrated, trying to find it, Joao asked where we were, said "stay there, I'll come to you", and he did. Then they upgraded our room, and gave us a discount coupon for dinner. Then he mapped out all the sights within walking distance.
The breakfast was very good, and we really enjoyed the pool.
The staff turned a sour day into a great stay.

The central staircase makes quite a feature, but the staff are all so friendly and helpful.
If you want something you just have to ask.
The pool area outside is also very nice.

Property is well placed for walking into the old city. Parking was excellent and a definite plus. Staff was helpful and management worked with us when an upset happened in our plans. Thought that breakfast offerings were a bit overpriced. Room was large and well placed, very neat and clean.
