Absolutely lovely. Nice large clean room. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Onsen was fantastic. Staff all very helpful.

Secluded onsen on Lake Shikotsu with very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast buffet and also had the set dinner feast with traditional and seasonal food. Enjoyed room with gorgeous view of lake- watched the sunrise over snowy slopes while in outdoor bath. Spectacular!
