Christina was amazing great service at the desk she assisted us on extending our stay and was very respectful. Thank you!
Breakfast was good needs more seasoning. Last day at the hotel was a bit frustrating during breakfast I was finishing my last waffle on the machine and as I’m waiting one of the staff members turned off the machine because he was rushing us out of the area knowingly we were waiting on the 1 waffle. I explained to him there was 30 seconds left on the waffle resulting it not to be cooked properly. He corrected it and brought more batter and allowed us to redo the waffle. I see by him rushing us resulted more time redoing the waffle instead of just waiting a few seconds. My food I had waiting by the side became cold so I was frustrated on the service in that moment.
But I did enjoy my time here. Thank you!
