Avis et évaluations
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The location is great as it is in the middle of everything we wanted to see or walk to! It was a little noisy at night and in the morning as many people were in the piazza at all hours. The air conditioning left much to be desired for how warm it was, but it did take the edge off the heat. The staff was very helpful as we needed to book a water taxi to another part of the lake.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was in a perfect location right on the square.

The hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance to city center, ferry terminal. There are restaurants and boutiques in every corner/ street and 1 door down to the hotel. A beauty salon right next door where I did my hair.
The staff the best; Irene was
Wonderful, compassionate young lady, she was very helpful providing support. We were 4 friends and all of us experienced the same. Then, the ladies at the breakfast area, Rebeca and Dasha, very attentive and friendly.
Love that the hotel was right on the plaza.
In general it was a great place to stay. Recommended.
