The hotel was beautiful, every single staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and professional, and the food was phenomenal. I highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. Also, the wait staff helping for breakfast need to be a bit more cheerful to the guests.

Clean room. Smaller than expected for the price and luxury rating. Staff are awesome!

The only thing is the location- it’s great but only certain cars can drive this way. So if inclement weather, it makes it difficult for tours.
The staff is incredible and so accommodating
