Staff very welcoming and family room was very clean. Only issue is that a family room likely to have children had no blind or curtains in the bathroom and you entered the shower alongside this window. This window overlooks the High Street which I would suggest is not suitable. Also- who still has a flimsy plastic toilet seat? Wooden one required. Food was fantastic in the bar. Would stay again.

Good value for money clean and comfortable, can hear other people in the surrounding rooms / bathroom usage but it did not disturb me too much as i was away early. Would stay again if working in the area. Reception staff were helpful and friendly
