We had a spacious King room with sofa; balcony Lake view. It was comfortable and clean. They had a mini fridge and every morning each floor from 7am-11am had free coffee/tea by the elevators. If you miss that time frame you could go to the restaurant and ask for some for free. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay with excellent staff and a great view. Would definitely stay again.

We have traveled to Chautaqua many times, and our go to place to stay is always The Harbor Hotel. The place is beautiful, the staff you meet are absolutely fantastic in every way. The location on the water is something you simply need to experience for yourself. We just returned home yesterday and are already talking about our next trip to Chautaqua and Harbor Hotel. Thanks so much for Everything!

Room was spotless and very comfortable. Front desk staff is great, and Brian is always so helpful and accommodating! Has always gone above and beyond to make our stays memorable!
