The location was perfect; close to subway lines, restaurants, and shopping.
The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. Our three night stay there was amazing; we would recommend highly to our friends.

The rooms were tight as are all Japanese Hotels in this category. A little tough for two people with two large suitcases so you'll have to improvise a bit. Onsen could be crowded in the evening. In the afternoons it's empty.
Biggest plus is location. Lots of great stuff within walking distance. Tensin Yatai area just a stop away. One stop to Hakata station. 24 hour grocery store just a few minutes away by foot.
