Staff were very helpful, room was clean, breakfast was awesome and they coped with me being vegan.

Hot water was scarce when we arrived and had a shower, but nice and hot in the morning. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, extra blankets provided were very much welcome. Checkin was fabulous with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend.

Clean room and bathroom, the shower worked great and felt good after long days out exploring Hadrian's Wall. Right next to the 122 bus stop. The breakfast was very good, you get plenty to eat and good choices. The dinners were great too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. After a couple of days almost felt like a regular in the pub!
