This hotel was nice. Rooms were clean but common areas had a lot of marks and bumps on the walls. Pool was listed as heated but was a little cold. Great location as well.

Spotless Room and the Kindest Welcome
What a wonderful stay! The room was absolutely spotless and perfect after a very long day of driving. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean.
I called the front desk earlier from Ridgway to confirm my room and let them know that I was driving down from Aspen and would be arriving late because of the fire situation. Iris was so kind and reassuring on the phone, and just as welcoming when I finally arrived.
Check-in was incredibly quick and easy, and Iris took the time to tell me about nearby food options even though it was late. The room even had a microwave, which was such a convenient touch, especially since frozen meals were available for purchase in the downstairs lobby if we needed something quick.
After such a long day on the road, Iris’s kindness and the beautifully clean, comfortable, well-equipped room were exactly what I needed. I would absolutely stay here again!
