We had a fabulous stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival to the end. Customer service were available 24/7. They were warm and friendly even at busy times. They offered us comfort. We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls. I have OCD with cleanliness and I can testify to the cleanliness of the facilities. Dining is great. The food was wonderful- breakfast, fika and dinner. Please be mindful of food wastage, take what you can eat.
The gym is absolutely massive and has great facilities.
I recommend 100%

Good room, nice walkable city and lots of easily accessible shops and restaurants nearby. Had some trouble with the cleaning schedule but it was excellent otherwise.
