A wonderful property, well maintained and with very friendly staff, we arrived late at night and were met with a smile and let into our rental without paying until the morning after.
The locals are very friendly and accommodating so long as you remain humble and respectful.
To those coming over like us from america there are a few things to understand.
To American eyes the area surrounding the rental are at first glance a slum, were an American neighborhood in such condition it would be a place to anticipate a mugging.
However here it is a simple working class neighborhood with great people and lots of dogs. Anticipate loud music from local bars on the weekends Tijuana folks know how to boogie! There is a small market down the hill for conveniences like snacks, drinks and beer.
Not much else in close walking distance but only a few minutes drive to large grocery stores and only 10-15 minutes to the heart of Tijuana.
Great views overlooking Tijuana, gated parking courtyard, full kitchen and just a really comfortable place to stay, will be coming back again, thanks so much for having us!

I stayed here three nights with my husband the place feels well At home very quiet and peaceful inside the apartment was clean. The only thing is that it didn’t have mirrors I think that would been a plus but other than that staff is really nice and respectful highly recommend this place I would definitely stay here again .

Great place to stay, a little outside of the city but a quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. Also, the guy who runs the place is really nice and very accomidating.
