It was my first time visiting Gramado, and it couldn't be a better place to stay. Everything is within walking distance, and the hotel staff was invaluable in giving guidance and help with the parking.

Breakfast and dinner, although with limited variety, are very good. Above all, all the staff are friendly, professional and very efficient.
