I had a wonderful stay at EHWA in Myeongdong. The location was excellent, it was close to Myeongdong shopping street, restaurants, public transportation, and made exploring Seoul very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, I would definitely recommend EHWA in Myeongdong to travellers looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay in Seoul. I would happily stay here again.

Great hotel close to Myeongdong area, about 5-10 min walk. Hotel is on an incline uphill, luckily not too far from the 6015 Euljiro 2 bus stop from Incheon. Single rooms are compact, typical of budget accommodations in Asia, but the bathroom configuration is particularly tight for getting in and out of the toilet and shower. Air conditioning works well, and the fridge in room is welcome, as well as the water dispenser in the hallway. The breakfast is a particularly nice perk, while it’s a simple continental breakfast (with cereal, bread, coffee, juice and eggs), it’s a welcome start to the day.
