Natural wear for an older motel. Nothing broken or not working. Clean, quiet, and safe. We even walked to the shop on the corner late at night after going to the stadium for a game.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the fact that it was gated, especially when traveling with my daughters.
