Very good self check-in. We had an issue so we had to press the button and it was solved in 30 seconds

Clean room, helpful stuff, accommodated my request for early check in, very convenient for early flight next morning

Nice and clean, just small and I guess good quality for the price. When I arrived in Marseilles I was told to call the hotel from the airport to get my shuttle, but they never responded. Too bad! I took a taxi.

We arrived late and had to use a code to access our room. It worked perfectly. Nice clean room. Not fancy but for 1 night it was perfect. We were 15mins late for the free shuttle and ended up having to pay €30 for a taxi which was frustrating, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
