#1 Some staff were mean and not helpful. When we got to the hotel lobby there was no one to help us load our luggages to the cart but the staff got to us when we already put all our stuff on the cart. Instead of pushing our cart inside the lobby, the staff left our cart full of our stuff outside the lobby door so my boyfriend had to stay with the cart while I was trying to check in. Then when we got to our rooms, we got additional cot in the wrong room so we asked to moved the cot to another room but the hotel staff left us waiting for almost half an hour which out telling us that they could not do it. We found out half a hour later when we call down to the lobby that they could not do it. The receptionist gave me no good reason with a rude tone of voice. We ended up have to move the cod to our second room ourselves.
#2 the hotel does not provide beach chair. We have to pay extra for the chairs from third party.
#3 The steps to the beach from the hotel are very steep and have no lights at night. It is also have no wheelchair access and side rails for safety.
