8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Our room was very very hot needs ac ,we was give a large fan but it was very loud. Shower pressure not great. When asked for ice as our water was warm was given minimum which melted very fast, in these hot conditions fridges should be provided. Overall the staff very polite & friendly beautiful building.

Not all rooms have air conditioning check.
You get a hours complimentary spa time, this did not appear on the literature check.
The hotel and staff were lovely and the grounds are well maintained.
There is ample car parking and electric charge points.

If I were to book again, I would ask for a ground floor room with air conditioning. The elevator is for luggage only, and a person with limited mobility would find the stairs (although very wide, carpeted and with handrails) a challenge. The restaurant is great for breakfast or dinner. The pool is very nice, heated and outdoors. Very helpful staff. The hotel is apparently a popular wedding venue, it was very busy the day we checked out.

I had a very pleasant stay and was fully satisfied with the overall experience. The facilities and services were excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would happily return in the future.
