8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, although I didn't realise it was the German area of Palma. The safety box key 16 euros very expensive. Our room was great apart from a leak in the bathroom ceiling.

Given a great 2 bedroom room, only expecting 1 bedroom for the 3 of us. Hotel definitely a high 3*. Beds really comfy, breakfast good, room everything you need. Pool nice, free pool towels very useful and location perfect.
Only downside - the noise, patio doors not sound proof at all. Pool was great until Thursday and Friday when filled with large group’s drinking all day!!

Great hotel for a short break to Majorca. I left a valuable item behind and the staff went out of their way to ensure I got it back safely. Would recommend!!
